'There is always the power of prayer': Why this bishop prays daily for President Biden – Catholic World Report

One U.S. bishop has committed to pray daily for President Joe Biden, because of the president’s pro-abortion policies.
Bishop Joseph Coffey, auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Military Services, U.S.A., has pledged to pray daily for the president. He told EWTN Pro-Life Weekly why the matter is so important to him, in an interview that aired on Thursday night.
“What I would like to say to him, if I could,” Bishop Coffey said, “is that none of us are promised tomorrow. And each day could be the last day on earth, and he has such power as the most important, most powerful man in the world as president.” ....

WASHINGTON It was the coldest national March for Life in some years, it was the smallest, and it also may be remembered as the bravest.
A little over 200 people, tightly flanked by members of the Knights of Columbus, endured subfreezing temperatures and wind as they sang hymns and trudged a zigzag route with Jeanne Mancini, president of the March for Life Education and Defense Fund, from the Museum of the Bible to the Supreme Court Jan. 29.
Mancini acknowledged “that we’re all symbolically marching, and we’re all in solidarity with each other.” ....
