ongoing controversy and what we've been seeing online because there's been a lot of postings about this. >> chris, look, harriet raises some very valid and very good points and i don't disagree with them, but i see this a little bit differently in this regard. i'm actually proud of "essence" and proud of angela burt-murray because she made a tough decision for the reasons that she mentioned. "essence" turns o40 years old this year and i have been reading it for 25 years. it is the black woman's bible, it is our financial peace, our enational peace and wellness peace and i get a lot of sisters are concerned up there. what i'm proud of essence, they're setting a trend and saying to "elle" and "glamour" and "vogue," they're saying, you know, we're not afraid to lead the way. this woman is qualified and she has been doing a great job and we're not afraid to make her fashion director because she's turned it.
