6th. i think i have that date right. there have been 4,001 gun deaths. 4,001 in the first month and few days. i want to put the pictures back up of the four people who died at the hand of ethan crumbley. madison, justin, just 17. what do we owe those 4,001 people this year? those four oxford students, and everyone who dies at the hands of gun violence? we live in a society where we can t control everything that happens outside of our household. we expect and demand a lot of each other every day to protect and keep our communities safe. one of the things that s most important is to talk about it with each other and to insure if you have a firearm, safely store it. that means having the gun unloaded, locked and ammunition separate. that s one of the major things we can do. if all of us did that, we could change the trajectory of gun violence in this country. 76% of school shooters get their gun from a home. we would have families who have lost their children at school. ....
