Fire on the 4th floor is out. Lets go back to the video earlier this evening. This broke out at the president ial park condominium complex after 5 00, a 4story building. Just about everybody was home cooking dinner with kids or coming home from work. The building was full. It was the 4th floor apartment where this started and that is where the dramatic rescues occurred.
