Three home projects in southern La Jolla — two in Bird Rock and one in the Lower Hermosa neighborhood — were up for review by the La Jolla Community Planning Association on Aug. 3.

The local chapter in the six-month saga of reviews and re-reviews for the Adelante Townhomes project appears to be closed after the La Jolla Community Planning Association voted for a second time to support the proposal.

Ironically, at its first in-person meeting in three years, the La Jolla Community Planning Association discussed a possible avenue to return to online meetings.
