Parts of the spirits of our ancestors festival. We spoke with organizer Joycelynn Davis. The spirit of our ancestors festival is a day to set aside to commemorate the descendents of the clotilda. Various festivals that started back in the 1980s from the original founders of the descendents association, and i guess it stopped for a while, so i decided to start it up again.
