Rescuers achieved a breakthrough at the Silkyara tunnel collapse site, sending a 6-inch lifeline to trapped workers, providing hot Khichdi for the first time. Initially, 41 laborers were trapped due to a collapse in an under-construction tunnel. Efforts involve using pipelines, machinery, and specialized equipment from various agencies. Ongoing operations aim to evacuate workers using different approaches amidst challenges, with continual government support and constant efforts to ensure safety and morale.

As the rescue team strives to establish contact with the workers, the endoscopic flexi camera provided crucial insights, confirming that the workers were in sound health and able to communicate with the rescue teams.
