解读第五批国家药品集采：注射剂占7成外企药大降价-中新网

　　澎湃新闻现场了解到，本次集采品种覆盖高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、抗过敏、抗感染、消化道疾病等常见病及慢性病用药，以及肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌等重大疾病用药。
　　上海市医保局医药价格和招采处处长龚波介绍，相比与前四批集采，此次集采主要有三个特点，第一，此次集采是前四批集采以来规模最大的一次，有62个品种纳入集采。第二，按集采前价格计算，本次集采药品涉及公立医疗机构采购金额550亿元，创下历次集采新高。按照约定采购量计算，每年可节省255亿元。另外，此次参与集采的注射剂品种占比多，涉及金额占到70%，这主要得益于国家药监局对注射剂一致性评价进程的加快。
　　就拟中选药品降价幅度，龚波介绍，在62个集采品种中，利伐沙班是这次集采竞争最充分的品种，有24家企业申报，最终实现了大幅� ....
