Monday evening, Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Ohio for a report of a suicidal subject. The suspect was ultimately transported to Bothwell for treatment. Wednesday morning, Officers were dispatched to the area of East 9th Street and South Ingram Avenue in reference to an assault. After investigating the incident, both parties were issued court summons. John Rodney Spratley Jr., 45, of Sedalia and Joshua W.
