Looking at what could have been 21yearold brian fleury driving the wrong way down i75 in Sarasota County for 6 miles. Nearly hitting a deputy. He stayed in that breakdown lane, and no vehicle was in that lane. Reporter but it didnt stop there. He got off an onramp driving 6 more miles. How could this not have been deadly . Luck.
