Has been unfolding this morning. Montgomery county Emergency Response teams are surrounding a landscaping business in the 8900 block of brookville road. One of the employees fired a gun and negotiators have spent hours trying to get him to surrender. Reporter they are contacting and talking to the suspect as we speak. Theres a s. W. A. T. Team, a Negotiator Team talking to the suspect. And they have set up this situation here staging area about four blocks away from the scene.
