A Dozen Area Speech Students Earn All-State Nominations From IHSSA
A dozen students from three local schools have earned All-State nominations for their performances during the Iowa High School Speech Association (IHSSA) state individual event contest. To be eligible for the recognition, individuals must be identified by at least two judges for their outstanding presentation. Seven students from Carroll High School and Ar-We-Va, which have a joint speech program, were nominated.
