DRUGS ring members have been sentenced to a total of more than 16 years for a 'prolific operation' which saw them sell more than £100,000 of heroin and crack cocaine in Warrington. Ryan Baker, 32 and Matthew Parrack, 40, both of Bridgewater Avenue in Latchford, were sentenced for their involvement in the county lines drugs offences, which brought Class A drugs from Manchester into Warrington over a five-month period.
