Investigators have identified the shooter as devin kelly from nearby new bruns feld. Families he in tears, waiting to see if their lovesed ones are safe, praying for everyones safety. Emergency vehicles pouring into the town of Sutherland Springs. 45 miles east of san antonio. Helicopters air lifting the wounded to nearby hospitals.
