GRANTS totalling over £200k are being distributed to charities, community and voluntary organisations to support vulnerable people. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation (HIWCF) has been working in partnership with the National Emergencies Trust, to distribute grants totalling £200,281 to 47 groups across the South.
