May 4, 2021 | News and Publications | American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) Phyllis Weiss passed away on March 23, in Reno, Nevada, just shy of her 95th birthday. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Howard Weiss, and three children, Wendy Weiss Lee, Michael Weiss (Kim Brown) and Nancee Weiss Siebert (Jeff Siebert). Phyllis was a beloved mother, devoted sister, loving grandmother, doting great-grandmother and loving mother-in-law.
