The Roseville PD Crime Suppression Unit investigation started with the arrest of Bruce Anderson, 41 of Suisun City, and Candice Carty, 28 also from Suisun City, back in November of 2020. They were arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 65 near Pleasant Grove Boulevard. According to the Roseville Police, the CSU seized approx. $11,000 in cash, drugs packaged for sales, a loaded .40 caliber handgun and approx. $90,000 in jewelry.
