ASX to edge up, Wall St pares earlier losses Share Australian shares are poised to edge higher at the open. Gold was lower, while oil and iron ore advanced. Bitcoin briefly traded above $US60,000. ASX futures were up 7 points or 0.1 per cent to 6956 near 5.40am AEST, reversing earlier similar losses. The currency was little changed.
