OFFICIAL RULES FOR SUMMITMEDIA RADIO K95 24 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS CONTEST The following are the official rules of SummitMedia, LLC ("Sponsor") for the K95 24 Days of Christmas contest ("Contest"). By participating, each participant agrees as follows: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. ELIGIBILITY. This Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry with a valid Social Security number and who reside in the WKHK-FM listening area. Individuals age 13 to 17 may be eligible to participate in Contests with the approval of a parent or legal guardian, provided that the parent or legal guardian is a legal U.S. resident at least 18 years of age at the time of entry with a valid Social Security number and resides in the sponsoring SummitMedia radio station's listening area, but Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to award certain prizes to or on behalf of any minor. Employees of SummitMedia, Green Top Hunting and Fishing, Peebles Golf Cars, its parent company, affiliates, related entities and subsidiaries, promotional sponsors, prize providers, advertising agencies, other radio stations serving the SummitMedia radio station's listening area, and the immediate family members and household members of all such employees are not eligible to participate. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and stepchildren. The term "household members" refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. An individual who has won more than $500 in a SummitMedia Contest or Sweepstakes in a particular calendar quarter is not eligible to participate in another SummitMedia Contest or Sweepstakes in that quarter unless otherwise specifically stated. Entrants may not use an assumed name or alias (other than a screen name where a contest involves use of a social media site). The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest will begin Friday, November 26, 2021 at 8:00 AM and end on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 4:00 PM. Sponsor's office computer is the official time keeping device for the Contest. CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER. Listeners will have four (4) entry methods to receive to register for inclusion in the grand prize giveaway. A total of ninety-five (95) finalists will be selected from all eligible entries to be considered for the grand prize drawing. Contests may enter as follows: Registration on Location. Any entry forms in a register-to-win on location contest must be handwritten, with all required information filled in at Green Top Hunting and Fishing, 10150 Lakeridge Parkway, Ashland, VA 23005. Entrants must provide all requested information, including, their first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Promoter. To enter by submission of a text entry, listeners must listen wo WKHK-FM between 10:00 AM EST and 7:00 PM EST weekdays and on designated weekends for keywords. Word must be text to (804) 345-9595 within the designated playtime. Entrants hereby expressly consent to the receipt of a confirmatory bounce-back message related to this contest. For text message contests, message and data rate may apply. Text message and any mobile device entry entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile account submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the text or mobile telephone number by a telecommunications provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such numbers. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same text or mobile telephone number. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Promoter. The contest administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. To enter by submission via station app or website entry, listeners can register to win via the K95 mobile app and/or k95country.com. Entrants hereby expressly consent to the receipt of a confirmatory bounce-back message related to this contest. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Promoter. The contest administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose telephone number is submitted as part of said Contest. Each entry via Green Top Hunting and Fishing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media must include requested information, including, where required, the entrant's first name and last name, complete postal address (street, city, state, and zip code), email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Unless otherwise disclosed, the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media platform. By submission of an entry, an entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media platform from any responsibility or liability for the Contest, prizes, or promotion. Entrants are providing entry information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media platform. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or telephone number used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the telephone number by the wireless carrier or an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose telephone number is submitted as part of said Contest. Entries must completed and verified on or before Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant, in its sole discretion.
