District Taco has signed a 10-unit development agreement with Brothers Best for the Virginia Beach/Tidewater region, including the outer banks of North Carolina. The first restaurant will open later this year. "This is a tried and tested brand with a loyal customer base," Carl Gorospe, head of Brothers Best, said in a company press release.
