但同时习近平在讲话中也反复在强调他念念不忘的构建国际新秩序，实现人类命运共同体，而且是要用马克思那套理论来实现，这些都是典型的全球主义表述。我们说他是一个悖论，就是因为马克思理论的原始教义，就是天生的全球主义，是要在全球实现共产主义的同时，让国家和民族消亡的。
