Comes to a podium in the building just behind me here in the countys Emergency Management building. What we do know at this point is that as you said, csx was controlling the switching, signaling, and dispatching of that amtrak train that plowed into a Freight Train with no one onboard it. This happening because this signaling system on this stretch of track was down. Im told there was scheduled routine maintenance, something thats not all that uncommon. But the dispatch was then manual to tell the amtrak train where it would be moved, from track to track. That communication being done between...
