And it started during the last election cycle certain candidates started promoting the condo conversion give away and i backtrack. It was it fueled uptake in the speculative evictions and i think it needs to stop and i think the people promoting it need to be held accountable for their actions. One of the things that we do measure at the Housing Alliance is we measure peoples sense of belonging in their neighborhoods and their homes and i think that is the way of quantifying a sense of blonning.
