many road blocks this morning. this is southbound on the bw parkway at 197. drivers are forced to take 198 to get to the parkway. use route 1 or 95 as an alternate. drivers are doing okay out of frederick past father hurley to the split. our next stop takes us to the district. hello, northeast dc. inbound new york avenue is filling out early but overall no delays yet from the times building to the tunnel. 95 northbound in virginia, everything is clear. a few drivers out there but finding lanes wide open making your way out of fredericksburg past lorton to the springfield interchange....
