The Bed Race returned to Knaresborough on Saturday which saw thousands line the streets to watch the spectacle in the sunshine.
This weekend saw the return of the traditional Knaresborough Bed Race event in Yorkshire.
It started as a bit of a fun idea nearly 60 years ago but Knaresborough Bed Race is now one of the most famous free community events in the UK with 90 teams taking part in front of crowds of up to 30,000 people.
Another popular favourite planning its return to the local calendar is the Great Knaresborough Bed Race.
