One-Lane Main, plant sale, vax access, TOWN NOTES The Barnstable Patriot One-Lane Main Traffic barriers and one-way traffic are back in place on Hyannis Main Street to allow for outdoor dining and expanded pedestrian access to shopping and restaurants.
