Dr. Ala Stanford, a health policy adviser who was named a "Top 10 CNN Hero" in 2021, will give the commencement address at Penn State Behrend’s spring commencement ceremony on May 5. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Erie Insurance Arena.
