Two public hearings and several other items are on the agenda for the Strasburg Town Council work session on Monday night. The two hearings are on the proposed mid-year budget amendment and an amendment to the Cedar Spring’s Estates development proffer. The council’s previous vote adopting the amendment didn’t have a public hearing, negating it, Pearson said.
