There is no prospect of a return to power in Northern Ireland according to the dup leader Arlene Foster. Despite intensive negotiations this week which included the Prime Minister and the taoiseach, mrs foster has said theres no sign of an end to the 13 month political stalemate at stormont. She said it was that the duty of the westminster government to set a budget and start to make important policy decisions about schools and hospitals and infrastructure.
