When Megan* witnessed a colleague being sexually harassed at the cafe she worked in, she didn't know what to do.
"It was a male owner and manager, but all the workers were young girls. He'd always been a little bit inappropriate with us. He'd always make comments about what we were wearing or how we looked.
"When this new girl joined, all of those comments that he'd been making beforehand all of a sudden were directed at her tenfold. It just gave me a really bad feeling. More so than what he said, it was the way he acted. It just felt wrong."
