When Megan witnessed a colleague being sexually harassed at the cafe she worked in, she didn t know what to do.
It was a male owner and manager, but all the workers were young girls. He d always been a little bit inappropriate with us. He d always make comments about what we were wearing or how we looked.
When this new girl joined, all of those comments that he d been making beforehand all of a sudden were directed at her tenfold. It just gave me a really bad feeling. More so than what he said, it was the way he acted. It just felt wrong. ....
