Revisiting an old wine favorite during a virtual tasting Mary Earl In the Before Times, springtime would have brought new releases at quite a few trade tastings at cideries, distilleries, breweries and wineries. Lots of in-person research would have been gathered in pursuit of tasty beverages. Today, on the plus side, there have been many safe virtual tastings available hosted by professionals while virtually touring vineyards from the safety of home.
