Good afternoon everyone. New details, the man at the center of a three day man hunt appeared before a federal judge this morning. Ryan chamberlain is accused of possessing tools to make an explosive device. Moments ago they released a criminal complaint. They did. A source close to the investigation but who wished to remain anonymous says chamberlain had materials in his apartment capable of producing explosive device.
