The New Jersey School Ethics Commission has recommend reprimanding Monroe Superintendent Chari Chanley.
Monroe Township school superintendent Chari Chanley called a parent a liar after she called her a bully over how Chanley handled a previous bullying situation with her daughter.
The complaint claimed they had failed to recuse themselves from a vote suspending Monroe's former district business administrator.
By a 6-2 vote with one abstention, the Monroe school board appointed acting superintendent Chari Chanley as permanent superintendent.
