DUBAI: Dubai-based chef Dilip Kumara is heading to Paris this week for the eighth edition of the World Chocolate Masters, a contest known as the “World Cup” of chocolate. The event, which starts on Oct. 29, brings together 18 world-class chocolatiers to push the limits of what is possible in design.
