Michael Anthony Davis, 31, was sentenced Tuesday in Yakima County Superior Court on first-degree murder and first-degree burglary charges in the Aug. 7, 2019 death of Gail Teo, 63.
“We’re not going to make a charging decision formally because it presumes that we have the ability to prove it wasn’t self-defense,” Brusic said.
