Sonya tur was in line to use the driveup window at the walgreens. Police say she changed her mind, backed up quickly, and ran over a woman. It happened friday afternoon on east third avenue in san mateo. The victim, 84yearold woman, was rushed to the local hospital and died the following day on saturday.
