The University of Kentucky’s mission is to improve people's lives through excellence in education, research, creative work, service and health care. By raising the aspirations of UK students; assisting students in realizing their highest academic potential; and inspiring progressive reform and innovation in teaching, learning and curriculum development, the Chellgren Center for Undergraduate Excellence works to ensure that the students and faculty of this university see that mission through.

The Chellgren Center for Undergraduate Excellence is pleased to announce this request for proposals for academic year 2023-2024 that will provide grants of up to $4,000 for Faculty Fellows to engage in activities associated with student excellence.

The Chellgren Center for Undergraduate Excellence gives students an opportunity to learn about a unique educational program next week.

The Curiosity Fair at UK is an annual, community event that celebrates the role of curiosity in education. Faculty, staff and students create “curiosity stations'' or short demos that represent ideas from their classes, fields or research. There is always a wide variety of disciplines, and the event is an informal and fun way for participants to engage with new people and ideas with hopes to remind the campus community that learning is fun.
