Nicos Kyriakopoulos didn’t waste a moment. Once word had spread Tuesday that Montreal restaurant terrasses could reopen — without curfews — May 28, Kyriakopoulos, the co-owner of Chez Nick, grabbed his toolkit, began carting out lumber and was set to start constructing a terrasse outside his Greene Ave. eatery. He figured he could have it finished in a day.
