Odissi Dance and Talk (family friendly) Radhika Samson has been an immensely talented dancer since childhood. Seeing her passion for music and dance, her parents supported her interests and initiated her into the classical art form of ‘Odissi’ dance. Radhika has received her initial training from Guru Dilip Mohapatra. She runs the Sadhana Academy in New Delhi and currently is teaching for the Chhandayan Center in New York. In this lecture demonstration she will introduce the history of the dance form and explain the various mudras (hand gestures).
