The police chief and a sergeant with the Lowville Police Department in Lewis County are both facing criminal charges related to official misconduct, according to the New York State Police.
LOWVILLE â The village is bringing its tentative plan for âpolice reform and reinventionâ back to the people who helped to create it for final feedback: the villagers themselves.
