Not even sure i need this microphone, but i will use it because this is being recorded for cspan. And its really a great pleasure to be here tonight. This is actually the first stop on a book tour that now has about 30 cities. And it just seems really appropriate, i mean, in terms of gay history to come to the castro, a place that i have really, really enjoyed in the past.
