Walk-in vaccination appreciated I would like to thank Wayne County and Flat Rock Community Center for opening a walk-in clinic for the COVID-19 vaccine. My son is a long-distance truck driver and he doesn't know from one week to the next when exactly he will be home. This made it difficult to make an appointment for him to receive the COVID-19 vaccine through the Monroe County Health Department, Meijer or other appointment-only venues.
