Parklets extend dining amid covid pandemic
PROVIDENCE Anyone who travels to America's big cities like San Francisco is familiar with parklets. They extend the sidewalk with art installations or sitting areas. They create a pleasing aesthetic element to the streetscape. It's lovely to see these popping up in Providence, extending outside dining rooms with art, even if they are a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
