This happened at a popular Food Festival in gilroy. You may have heard of it. Three killed, 11 injured. Witnesses described chaos when the shots rang out. Police say the gunman used an assaultstyle rifle. One of those killed was a 6yearold boy named stephen ramiro. Theres his picture on the scene. He was there with his sister and grandmother who were also wounded. They have identified the gunman, though they have not released his name yet.
