"On the last day of his far too short life my son begged me not to let him die. No four-year-old should know about death," Katrina said today. "We begged for help, we are supposed to put our trust in doctors, we naively did, and now my only son is dead. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. My son died in my arms." He was so caring and had a love of animals."
