Abbeville Man Arrested after Report of Alleged Kidnapping 37-year-old Michael BJ O'Bryan, Jr. of Abbeville has been arrested after Maurice Police responded to a local business where a woman was alleging to have been kidnapped. According to a press release, Vermilion Parish Sheriff Mike Couvillon (whose office assisted in the case) says O'Bryan tried to get away on foot but was quickly taken into custody.
