Illinois Eastern Community Colleges will have three full-term Board of Trustees seats to be filled in the upcoming Consolidated Election. Current Board Chairman G. Andrew Fischer will not seek re-election, and Barbara Shimer and Jan Ridgely will also see their seats expire. Shimer and Ridgely have filed petitions for the seats, as have Roger Browning, Jeff Cutchin, and Brady Waldrop. The City of Fairfield reminds people Sunrise Sanitation will run the January bulk pick-up route for city trash customers on January 8 th due to the New Year’s Holiday.
