Charles “Chuck” Floyd will step down from his current role as Executive Vice President – Global President of Operations and, effective January 1, 2024, transition to a role of Senior Advisor to Mark Hoplamazian, Hyatt’s President and Chief Executive Officer, for a period of six months.
