Burlington man arrested for suspected heroin and marijuana A Burlington man was arrested after authorities found multiple drugs on a search warrant. Milton Cleon Davis, 47, was arrested Friday when members of the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force and Burlington Police Department s Problem Oriented Policing Unit (POP) found drugs at a home in the 900 block of North Eighth Street, according to a media release issued by Burlington Police Lt. Wayne Thomson, Criminal Investigations Division. The warrant was executed in reference to a subject who was trafficking large quantities of narcotics in the Burlington area. Davis is charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, two counts of delivery of heroin, two counts of a drug tax stamp violation, and possession of a firearm by a felon. ....
